How long will a monthly paid plan last

Hi,

We want to change our form from the starter plan to a paid plan. If we pay today (26th may), will we have the paid plan for the following 30 days or will we lose it at the end of this month?

Please note that, if you choose a monthly subscription plan, your plan will last 30 days from the day of purchase.

If you pay today, on 26th of May, this payment would upgrade you for the next 30 days.

As our plans are subscription-based, after a period of 30 days, you will be automatically charged for the next monthly subscription. If you do not want this to happen, for example you only wish to upgrade for one month and that is it, you can cancel your subscription after the payment for this month has been processed, and you will no longer be charged after this payment expires.
