Accidentaly deleted all submissions for a survey

How can I get them back. I have the excel file from the form. Any help would be appreciated.

Lisa, I am very sorry to hear about your predicament, but please do not worry.

Please note that, once your submissions are deleted, there is no way for us to get them back from our servers. This is because we strongly believe that your form submissions are your data, and as such, they should be deleted when you choose to delete them.

However, if you have your backup of submissions in the Excel file, that is excellent! We have integrated apps that allow you to upload / import your own submissions data to JotForm.
