I was informed that my form will send the user to the top of the page before they have completed the form thus making it necessary for them to scroll back down.  This happens after each box they fill out.  I also tried filling out the form from my iPhone and had the same problem.  I also encountered a problem when I forgot to add my zip code.  It prompted me that it was required but when I went to type the numbers, they did not show up in the box.  I installed the widget that allows it to be mobile compatible when I created the form because I thought I would need that for the users to be able to use the form smoothly on a mobile device.  My widget is placed before the Submit button.  Does it matter where I place it and if not, could you please advice me how to make my form compatible on mobile devices?

    Thank you,

    Hello Tammy,

As I check your JotForm and webpage on my mobile, it seems to be working fine.

I was able to fill all the fields normally and when I tried to submit the form embedded on your webpage it redirected to PayPal without any issues.

Please try enabling Mobile responsive option from the form preferences and Form Designer as provided in the guide below to see if that helps.

After enabling these options, you can remove the mobile responsive widget from the form.

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this issue further.
