    Is it possible to have a company as the main user or administrator of an account ?

    Hello karenlm,

    You may like to take a look at our "Sub User Account" feature and see if that is what you are looking for and if it fits into your requirement. This feature allows you to share your forms with another user to view / edit forms or submissions.

    Hi Ashwin,

    Thank you.  This is not what I am looking for.  I signed up for an Economy Account.  When I signed up, I had to do so under my personal name.   I would like to have the 'main user' show as Western Financial Group and not me personally.

    Am I able to do this?

    It is not clear which 'main user' you were referring to here.. were you perhaps referring to the account name in the My Account Profile page?

     

    you can change the Name using the edit button.

    Hi Jonathan,

    Sorry for the horribly tardy reply! 

    Currently the subscription shows under my name - Karen Malek - I would like to change it to Western Financial Group - but, use my email for now.

    From what I see above, this is not a problem  - easy to do.

    Can you confirm it will not impact the sub users?

    Hi Karen,

    Changing the Name in your My Account Profile page will NOT affect the sub users in any way.

    What will have effect is, if you change the Username which I presume was not what you were after.
