I see that you've added 5 sub-users on your account and the emails are also sent to these users.
The users may create a free account using the same email address so that they would be able to access your JotForms once they login to their account.
If you see that the emails are not delivered, you may try whitelisting JotForm email addresses, IP addresses on your email server.
