    To Whom it Concerns,

I would like to try to link a form to different forms. The reason being that we would like to do a form where you enter your email. From there it directs you to the form that properly matches your email. From there you can select the division you are in to get to the actual order form. I will attach a link so you can see what we currently have so you can see what I am trying to simulate.

    Thank you,

To test the below link you need to enter anything with an @Pfizer.com at the end. (please do not submit form as it is a live working order form for our business right now.)

    Hi,

This is indeed possible using a couple different methods.  The first would be to create a main form that asks for the email address of the user.  This form would have all your additional forms embedded into it using iFrames.  Using the iFrame widget is the easiest way to do so:

Then setup a condition to only show the form if the proper email address is entered:

Here is a quick test form I setup to show you how it works:

You can also set up your Thank You page to conditionally redirect your users to the proper form based on the email address they entered.  For this, you would use the "Change Thank You URL after submission" condition:

This will allow you to redirect your users to another form based on entries in your main form.
