I have tried to access several form for some changes and they do not load. I keep getting the message, i give up, come back later..

Though there were no reported issues earlier today, I was also having a few periods of time where my admin functions were loading slowly and occasionally producing the "I give up" error. Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies to see if that helps. The lag seems to have settled and clearing your browser should ensure that the newest version is loaded just in case our developers had made some changes earlier that were causing the slow down.
