Questions about submitting the payment form

I have had 12 submissions on my forms but only 6 paid submissions.  The other submissions I had to clear as paid to print out -even though they did not pay yet. This was probably an error on my part.

How do you print out the submitted forms if the payment has not been made.

Do you send a confirmation email to the person submitting the form, when the form is submitted and again when the payment if confirmed?

Can I still have the free account since I have only received 6 paid submissions this month.  I can send a summary of my paypal account.

If you want to print submissions of your form with layout similar to the created form you can see how to do it on this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/562987-Can-I-Print-form-Submission-with-layout-similar-to-the-created-form

If you want to send a confirmation email to the person submitting the form you need to set Autoresponder inside of your form. Autoresponder will be sent to users when they submit your form.

I have also checked your account and it  is scheduled to downgrade.

    Reason: OVERLIMIT

Reason for that is because you have 15 payment submission and for free account limit is 10 Payment submissions.

Your forms will be available again on first of next month when submission counter is rested to 0.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
