I created a form and when I went to put it into my website (go daddy website builder template) it does not show up.

I noticed on the other forms that do show up on the website, they have https:secure in the code. This one does not.

    Hi,

I actually have a website builder account as well.  Though I am not the biggest fan of site builder with GoDaddy due to limitations like this, I was finally able to get my form to embed into the HTML box using the source code:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Every other method I tried did not seem to work, however, the source code finally allowed the form to embed.

Keep in mind, when using the source code, if you make any changes to your form, you will need to embed the source code to your page again for the updates to show.

If this still does not work for you, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
