Subscription

    Hi there,

     

    On May 4th, we purchased an annual subscription to JotForms (the economy plan) and I have email confirmation of such. However, our account is indicating we are still on the free version and we are almost out of space.  Please let me know if our subscription did not go through properly and please advise as to why our account is not reflecting our plan.

    Hi,

    Our records show that you have indeed purchased a year of Economy subscription time.  When I checked the email confirmation, the subscription was not properly applied.  My apologies.  I updated your subscription with our payment processor to properly reflect your account and credited you with an extra 21 days for the time your subscription was not applied.  You should now find your account is set to "Economy" and your new end date is May 26th, 2016.
