Asked by Hunter1234 on November 19, 2011 at 03:28 PM

Form is called Clone of Registration Form(?) but it is not saving the correct data.  When copying the code as well it appears on our site at http://www.lostandfoundkeys.org/#!register-your-tag.

Can you please help as this is live and urgent.

    Thank you.

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for your message. When you say not saving correct content do you mean you were editing your form and the form preview is different from the one embedded on your website (not updating)? If so, kindly send us a screenshot of the form in preview so that we can compare it with what we are seeing from our end when visiting your website.

Also, when embedding your JotForm form, be sure that you are using the form URL that starts with http://www.jotform.com, such as http://www.jotform.com/form/12345678910.

We'll await your response so that we can further assist you.

    Hi Allan,

    I used this code: <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotform.com/jsform/13221330833"></script>

by going to Setup and Embed and Source Code.  I think this is correct and the form is as good as I can get it right now.

    Thank you,
