Hi,

Our system occasionally interprets Arabic improperly and flags the account as being used for phishing.  I checked your account and your forms appear to be within our terms of use.

I would recommend using the form translation tool:

http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual

To translate your form into languages other than English.  This will let our system know that the forms is translated and will allow Arabic.  If you continue to use translated forms without the tool, it will most likely result in your account being suspended once again.
