Terms & Conditions fields not appearing on mobile

    The fields for the terms and conditions seems to be gone when viewed on mobile (Samsung, Nexus 5 firefox) but are fine when viewed on desktop.

    Please kindly assist me on this problem.

    I've checked your JotForm on my mobile using different browsers and seems to be working fine at my end.

    This may be an issue with the browser cache on the device. Please try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below. I've also cleared the form cache from my end to see if that helps.
