    Hello there,

My question is I have a contract form that I have made up, I have fields for event details, dates, times. Is there a way for me to pre fill out the fields I know the information for, before sending it to my client?

Basically we have emailed back and forth and hammered out all the details, so I don't want them to have to add the information in the fields. I just want their signature.

Yes, you can send them a link to a pre-filled form. We call this feature the form pre-populating, and you can read more about it in this guide: Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

You can use our PrePopulate app, built so you can easily pre-populate your form and share the generated link with your customer(s): http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Please let us know if you need further help or clarification, we will be happy to assist you.
