The option was recently updated due to changes on Form Central's side, as an alternative you can export your response in form central to an excel file then use our import tool to import the data to the respective form.
The tool is accessible in this page http://import.jotform.io/

Why does this not work anymore? I have saved my Adobe Forms Central responses to an Excel Spreadsheet and a CVS file. When I click on the link above, it ask for my login. Once I have typed in my login and then click on the "Sign In" button, NOTHING HAPPENS. Any ideas?

The forms&responses import was migrated to a downloadable application kindly download it from this link.
It will request you login id for adobe then it will import your form and responses from Form Central
