Is it possible to make a button on a form, for example a picture, wich direct to another form when you push on it?
Thanks in advance.

The question you asked is a bit tricky to me, can you describe a bit more. Are you willing to insert a image button which redirects to required web page?

Thanksfor your reply i appreciate it.
What i would like to do for instance in msaccess i can make a button which activate an event.
There is a popup function in jotform where you can put the link on a website.
How can i put that code on my form?

Pardon me, there is not option to use your form in Microsoft Access, the popup works on websites, not in Windows applications. Although, we do have an option to use JotForm through PDF. You can use JotForm that way. Do let us know so that we can assist you on How you can use JotForm through Adobe Acrobat Reader, or Foxit Reader, etc. We would be happy to assist you further.

To create a multipage form, you can use the page break element under the survey section.
You put the pagebreak after each section that you want to appear in a new form
To further increase the navigation of you form you can also include the form tabs widget to create tabs.
The form tabs are dependent on the number of page breaks you have,
1 page break = two tabs

Here the URL of the demo form that you can clone and modify to you specifications
