    Form submits without validating 'Required Field'

    I've imported all my forms from Form Central, most of them has mandatory required filed without which the form won't be submitted, however when i'm testing one the form in IE 10 and Safari (iOS 8.1.2), when i click 'submit' the form submits instantly even without a single field being answered, this happened thrice during random testing of the forms. Please let me know why this happens? or any workaround to overcome this issue.

    Hi there;

            Upon check your form is fine at our end, please take a look to the following screenshots for both browsers, I suggest you to clear your web browser's cache.

    Still we are receiving incomplete form submittals despite there are several mandatory fields required being unanswered;

    we were hosting the very same form in Adobe Form Central for years and never came across  any single incomplete form submittal. As you sated in your earlier reply, if this problem happens due to browser cache issue, unfortunately we can’t notify our customer every time to clear the cache which is unprofessional.

    Please note this is another form having the same issue as the one reported earlier. Kindly let me know your feedback / support to overcome this issue.

    Can you please let us if the said forms are embedded in a web page? if so, please share the web URL so we can inspect the code in page and find a possible conflict that prevents the required validations to work correctly.

    Yes most of our forms are embedded on our website. Here is web the link to one of our form having issues.  http://mercatoshoppingmall.com/leasing-application-form/ . Our website is on Wordpress 4 and we have embedded the form using WP script provide by Jotform.
