Subscription cancelled but account still shows Premium

    Hi -

    I want to cancel my subscription.

    I've tried canceling by selecting "downgrade" to the free plan, but it is still showing a paid plan


    Could you please confirm my subscription is canceled?

    I see that the premium subscription on your account is cancelled and scheduled to downgrade by 24th June 2015. Please be noted that the account shall be holding Premium status until your next billing date and then downgraded to Free.
