Sign and approve form

    Does the pro version support multiple signatures at at different stages? For example, say a customer signs one of our forms. Once completed the signed digital doc is automatically sent to an email address where said doc can be reviewed and electronically approved and signed.

    When is the pro version of Jotform going to be available and what is the cost?

    You can see here a guide  on how to create a form that has approval system. 

    You can create a form that has an approve field, like a radio button.

    You can add an email notification with an edit link and add the email address of the person who will approve the form:

    When the customer submits the form, an email with an edit link will be sent to the person approving the form.
