Are responses of a form posted automatically?

Are the responses on the Testimonial Form automatically posted on the page, or do they come to up and I can approve what can be posted?

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly.

Are you using a report to show the submissions of your form in your website? If so, then they will be shown automatically once they are submitted.

If not, please let us know how are you displaying your submissions so we can check out.

The testimonial widget does not work automatically

However, you could embed a report in a webpage of yours and then have your users to be redirected to such page after they submit. If you need assistance on how to do this, please let us know and we will gladly assist you.

I have inspected you form and I noticed that your Testimonials widget is not working.

After testing I was able to locate to problem.

Inside of your Testimonials widget settings, after first title you need to add image url. That way your Testimonials widget will work.

Here is my demo form where I added image url after first title.

My other question is, she used the testimonial page to upload the picture, but there is no url. Shouldn't there be a url so I can post the picture? The email notification was sent to me in pdf file but when I click on it, it downloads the pdf file but I do not see the link. Please see the submissions for this form. The files are there but there is no url. How do I get url for the pictures that were submitted?

The links provided in your submissions are indeed download links.  If you would like a link to the images themselves, click on your file upload field, then open the settings for that field.  Under the settings there is an option for downloading images.  Set that to "No":

That should give you a link to the image, rather than a download link.

You can also upload previously submitted images to a free service like Imgur:

Upload your file to Imgur and you will be presented with a usable link to your image.
