How do I include section headings in my form

    The submission form does not have the titles of each section like the form! How can I get the categories show up on the submission form?

    Hi,

    While viewing your submissions, there is an option to include headers and text in your submissions:

    Here is a bit more in depth guide on having your printed/PDF form look like the full contract:

    Though this will not be exactly like your form, it will include the header and such from your form.
