I checked our mail logs for the address "firstname.lastname@example.org" and it appears as though notices from our addresses have not been going through. Your previous submission notifications and your password reset emails look like they all failed to send. I manually sent another one to your address and that appears to have gone through. Please check your email to confirm.
I am not sure if your service was previously blocking our notifications but they seem to be going through now.
