Can I be notified when users, either partially or completely, fill out a form?Asked by rstella on May 27, 2015 at 05:51 PM
Can I receive emails each time a user completely fills out a form? Can I also receive an email once someone begins to fill out a form? This would help us keep track of the number of forms (applications for our purposes) that are in the process of completion, and therefore, we can estimate how many we will be receiving by the expiration date. And, can we set the email notification to be sent to multiple email addresses?
To be able to received submission Notification, the form needs to be submitted first. When form is submitted it will trigger the E-mail Alert function.
Base on your description of your requirements, I believe the solution described on this user guide:
In the user guide, there is a requirement to use 2 forms. The 1st form needs to be submitted first -- this will then trigger the initial email alert.
The 2nd form will then be able to get back to on and off by the end-user as they have the ability to stop and continue the form later.. until they will finally submit the form also.
Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance on this.
I have move your other question on multiple email here
we will answer it separately.
