I am unable to see some of my submissions

My forms show unread submissions. How do I access them? These forms are for unsolved murders, so any help you can give us is greatly appreciated! We show recent submissions, but are unable to access them.

That did not solve the issue. I am still unable to access unread submissions

When I click on submissions, I am not able to view any new submissions. For example, for the first form “Stephen Wickware” which says it has 5 submissions,

There is only one submission that can be seen.

Please help us access the rest of the submissions.

After investigation I first reset submission counter on your form that you mentioned and now there are four submissions but I can see only one in Submission options. But other submissions that counter is showing can be viewed from this document option. If you click on your form and click on document option submissions will be shown, however those submission are empty. 

Considering that this submission can not be seen inside of your submissions I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
