lost access

    Hi! 

    I've lost my password I guess since I can't get in my account.  You write to me at strategies@lewebstrategique.com but somehow your email field at "forgot my passeword" does not recognize my email.  Please advise.

    The said email address is associated with a Guest Account, this type of account does not have any login information. To manage the forms and access the submissions you may register for a free account. When you go to the jotform website you should see something like this on the left side:

    Just create an account and use your own email address. Your guest account will be merged with this new account.
