How to get form URL of your form?

    Getting emails saying the forms aren't active and when they click link it's asking them for log in information

    how are you trying to give out the link to your form?

    This link: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=50277545401350 that you have included on your post directs you to the Form builder of your form, that is why it's asking for login information. 

    For them to access you form, you can give them your form URL that you can find when you click Preview.
