I have logged into your account to check this, and I couldn't replicate the issue. I was able to open all 7 of your forms (the Title Me one was empty).
What I did was I navigated to your My Forms page, clicked on a form, and clicked on the Edit that appears.
I would advise you to please clear your browser cache, and log out and then log back into your account. Perhaps it was just a temporary error.
