Try clearing your browsers' cache and cookies then logging back in to your account. There may be something buggy loading causing you to be unable to create or load forms, this will clear anything old that was loading.
If you are still unable to edit your forms, if possible, try a different web browser. If that still does not work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
