I was wondering if JotForm has the abilities to do these things?

*Ability to mark applications with “notes” (Hired, Filed, Pending, reason filed, where applicant is in the screening process, etc.)
*Ability to score an applicant based on meeting basic qualifications
*Ability to automatically “weed out” unqualified applicants
*Ability to post stores that are currently hiring/only allow applicants to apply at said stores (slows down submissions)

-Maybe this workaround will do: http://www.jotform.com/help/194-How-to-Assign-a-Status-to-Submissions.

*Ability to score an applicant based on meeting basic qualifications

-Score by calculation values. You can use our calculation widget: http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form.

*Ability to automatically “weed out” unqualified applicants

-You can delete the submission in the form submission page. Here's how to access your form submissions page: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

*Ability to post stores that are currently hiring/only allow applicants to apply at said stores (slows down submissions)

-If the hiring stores are submitted in the form, you can create a report out from the submissions then display it on your website. You can either do the following:

-Build the list using our Submission View app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/submission_view. This app is fully customizable.

-Create a grid listing report of the submission: http://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-create-a-Grid-Listing-report.

Now, you have to create another form for people to send out their applications.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks
