    I have the

    Short Scrollable Terms

widget on my form. It was working earlier, now I get this error:

    Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at widgets.jotform.io.

Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Has this been deleted? should I look for another?

As I check your webpage on various browsers on my system, it seems to be working fine.

I've also checked using firefox browser (both v37 and v38) on a virtual Windows 7 PC and seems to be working fine there as well.

It may be an issue with the browser cache. I've also cleared the form cache to see if that helps. Please try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below.

You may also check if the widget is loading fine on the form using JotForm direct URL. If the issue still persists, please get back to us. We will be happy to look into this further.

    Thanks!!
