In the pricing description, it states that for $9.99, the user receives 100 monthly submissions, 10 SSL secure submissions.
Can you please confirm what is considered a "submission"? Does each line on the form count as a submission, so a form with 10 lines on it, when submitted, would count for 10 submissions just from that one form? Or does each submission of a single form, regardless of how many questions or lines compose that particular form, count as 1 submission?
Also, what is the difference between a submission and SSL submission?
Is the pricing paid month-by-month?

That is correct, a submission is whatever data is sent in a form, regardless the number of questions.

An SSL submission uses the HTTPS security protocol which will send the submissions encrypted, while a standard submissions will use HTTP.
