How can I make my form secure?

    Hi there,

So I bought and installed an SSL certificate which works fine everywhere on my website BUT on my order page. This page only has one thing: my form with the Stripe plugin.

How can I get it to be secure?

Also, is there a way I can display the credit cards images (Visa, Mastercard...)

    Thank you! :)

You would need to enable SSL submissions in your form in order to make it secure. However, you should know that free accounts are allowed to receive 10 monthly SSL submissions and the same goes for payments.

So, if you're planning on receiving more than 10 submissions in a month you might need to consider upgrading your account.

My form already has that secure URL. I use iFrame though, I don't know if that's why it's not working properly. I tried the Wordpress embed form but it does not work (my form isn't showing)

I am glad to see that you were able to add the credit card images to your form.

When it comes to the secure form that is not working properly, could you please let us know the exact link to the page where you have embedded it? It would help if we could take a closer look into what might be wrong, so that we may try to find a solution for this problem.

We will await your reply. Thank you.

    Hello Boris,

Sure! Any way I can make my post private? can I PM you?

Edit: or if you have access to my form you can go to my website (it's the same name), just add .fr/commande :)

I have made this thread private, only you and members of our staff will be able to see this discussion.

I can see the website, and I can see the issues - they are easy ones to fix. :)

What is happening is that some of the content that your form is loading is specified over a regular, non-secure http: protocol. You simply need to change http into https for the following two items.

    1. Open the form in the Form Builder, and scroll to the bottom. Right-click on the credit cards image > Show Properties, and under Image Source - change http into https.

    2. Open the Form Designer, by clicking on the Setup & Embed > Designer.

In the Designer, under the CSS tab, please edit the font line in the textbox from http to a https link.

Save the form, and now it should be all secure.

Please let us know how it goes.

Haha wow, can't believe it was actually as simple as that. My fault!

The font size is now really small for some reason, I don't know what caused that. I just added an "s"... CTRL+F "font" doesn't find anything relevant, I can only change the header font (which is fine right know)

I tried adding values in the fonts.api line but nothing changed so far...

Also I can see a huge padding at the bottom that wasn't there before... it makes a large blank space. How can I reduce it again?

    Thank you :)

PS: since my domain name isn't showing, you can make this thread public if needed! Maybe it will help other people in the future

I have edited the thread to be public again.

Ugh, I see what happened there. While you were in the Designer, it appears that you have accidentally moved the font-size slider down to 8px. I would advise you to move it to about 14px.

It is under the Design tab of the Designer, then expand Font Options.

We have a neat little feature that helps with these accidental changes, and it is called the Form-Revision-History. With this, you can revert any accidental change to your form, and be up and running again.

Please let us know if you need further help, or kindly open a new thread if you have any other questions or problems with your forms. As always, we will be happy to help you get them sorted.

    Kind regards,
