I have the free account of jotform which gives me 100 submissions, I believe. I deleted old forms and purged them. currently I have only 11 submissions total but a message appears saying "form over quota." Why?

People are trying to register for an event and are not able to. Please respond quickly so we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @ jdl333

You are totally right, as a free account you are allow to 100 submissions per month, but also, as a free account you are allow to 10 SSL submissions.

I have checked your forms, the form named "AMBC Audio / Video Request" this is a secure form, https://secure/ that one is who causes your account is overlimited, as up to today, you have received 11 SSL submissions.

Please turn your form as a regular form. Do as follows:

1 - Access your form in edit mode, click on Embed Form, the Embed Form Wizard screen will pop up, unchecked Secure Form, as below indicated:

2 - Remove the secure form from your website and re upload the regular form.

I hope this helps. If any other question please do not hesitate to contact us.
