Importing forms from Adobe Forms Central

I am having difficulty with the importer. I downloaded it, opened it, and entered my jot form email and the email and password for my adobe account. I see a blank tan box and nothing happens after that.

Please try again, but make sure that your login details are correctly added. If you enter bad credentials, you might see a blank box - as you have described it.

If you enter the account details again, but the issue is still present, do let us know.
