I put a jotform link for a survey on my FB page and it sends it to a page that saysSomething Went WrongSorry, there was a problem with this link: http://form.jotform.co/form/31878063575868
You can now continue to this website, or go back to the page you were on before.
Remember, only follow links from sources you trust.
It says they can continue - but nobody does. The something went wrong makes them abort immediately.
There is a tiny greyed out button that says Follow the Link - but it's already over.
They also made me spend 3 minutes selecting animal faces to verify.
Please connect with FB and create a relationship where this product is legit. They accept Survey Monkey.Page URL:

Please review the user guide on -Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Pages
But to what I understand on your question also, could it be that you were just trying to add a URL link to your JotForm in your FB page?
If it is just a link, you must make sure the link is on https or secure URL Usually, FB blocks non-sure links when on the pages.
Please let us know if issue remains.

Hi, How to we make the link secure?

To modify the link of your form to use a secure link. Please click on the EMBED button on top of the toolbar.
In the wizards, you just need to check the checkbox SECURE
Please let us know if this helps.
- Kylie_WoodfordAnswered on September 12, 2015 at 09:46 PMThanks, I did find this button, though facebook still requires that I
select a bunch of Tigers to prove... something.
But I can live with that.
Thanks for helping and so quickly!
I love Jotform, we used it a couple of years ago for all our sign up forms
for a mini festival and took payments and everything. Totally easy and
awesome to use.
