How to email pre-population form link with email alert

I don't want the populated form to pop-up when the visitor completes it. Form2 is a medical prescription and needs to be emailed to the physician. When the visitor completes the form and submits it, the visitor should only see a simple thank you message and the second forms goes directly to the physician.

There is no way to silently submit the second form without custom programming.

However, you can add the form2 pre-population link into email template and automatically email it to the physician each time the form is being submitted.

Thanks. I'll try that to see how it works. Will it also stop the populated form from popping up when the visitor presses submit?

So, I haven't been able to make it work. I used the guides without much luck. goal is for the visitor to get a simple thank you message and for the physician to get the actual form.

If I understand your issue correctly, I think you need to add the second's form pre-populated link in your Notifier email that is sent to your physicians. To do this, just follow instructions below.

Add tag to email:
