I have completed my form and so far its been fantastic but I can't get the form to work when I add other payment methods. I followed the online help and the payment options now show up on the form but I can't get the menu item for paypal to appear on my form they refer to in the help where it says "This will appear on the form . Click here to hide instead". Please could you let me know where I am going wrong ? Thanks
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Set up PayPal Along with Other Payment Options

I presume that you're referring to this form: http://www.jotform.ca/form/51468440449258 is that correct?
If so, you might want to check this guide instead: http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form since I presume that the product list is valid for all the payment options you're offering, right?
So, basically you would need to create 2 forms (you can clone the one you've already created) one that will be used when PayPal is selected and the other one (that would use the Purchase Order tool) when any of the other payment options is selected.
Does this make any sense to you? Let us know if you need further clarification or assistance with something and we'll be happy to provide it.

Thanks for the help- I have cloned it etc as described int he links you sent (thank you!) but when I fill an order form as if I were a customer (when I test the form in preview) and choose the check or etransfer payment option, the submit button disapears so I can't submit the order but the paypal option works perfectly.

I cloned your form and tested it. I was able to verify that it only happens in the "Preview Mode". Please open the actual form to test the form and not the preview mode. You can also click the "Open in new tab" in the preview mode.
Hope this helps. If you still have issues or other questions, please open a new thread. Thank you.
