    How to schedule an autoresponder to be sent at a later date?

    I see how to send an auto-responder email based on conditions (love that).  So like those who paid in full I can send an email that says thank you for your full payment of $X, and those who picked the 3 payment option get a different email that tells them when the next two payments are due.

    But how can I send an email reminder one month later for the 2nd payment and two months later for 3rd payments to only those who picked the 3-payment option?  

    I see how to send an email later to all who filled out the form with Email Newsletters, but I want to send an email with a condition of IF "payment option" IS EQUAL TO "three payment plan" THEN SEND "this email"  I see how to do that at the time they submit the form with auto-responder in Jotform but do not see how I can sent it later.

    Hello Juli,

    Unfortunately we do not have such features. It is currently not possible to schedule an email to be sent. 

    Let me send a feature request to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    For now, you may like to integrate your form with MailChimp which should help you solve this issue. Once you integrate your form with MailChimp, it will add the submission data to contact list. You can create a campaign in MailChimp to schedule autoresponder emails.     Hello Juli,

    We’ve implemented scheduled autoresponders! Now you can send your autoresponders to your submitters after selected time delay!

     

    In order to use that feature you can simply follow the instructions below:

    1. Open Emails Wizard on builder.

    2. Select autoresponder email that you want to delay its delivery time.

    3. Click on Advanced tab.

    4. Select schedule date on the dropdown menu in the Set Email Time section.

     

     

    Then, your responses will be sent after selected time delay for each submission.

    that's a really nice feature! Will the auto-responder email also be send when I delete a submission?
