Problem with uploading file of about 1GB

I recently get reports from my form users that they are not able to upload their file (in mp4,... and normally of about 1GB in size) to Jotform successfully. Please help check if there are any problem with my forms. Thank you.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. There doesn't seem to be any problem with your forms that I can see. I would like to point out that JotForm has an upload file size limit of 1GB, or 1048576KB more precisely. If the files that your users were trying to upload were above this limit, I'm afraid that the upload would fail.

You can take a look at our file-size limits on the following page:

Please let us know if the files were actually under this limit of 1048576KB, so that we may take a closer look. If it fails with files under 1GB in size, it would also help if you let us know which form is having this problem.
