On a new form created, Game Over Euro Exposure League Camp, when the submit button is clicked, the customer receives this message:Error during transaction
The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
We have never experienced this before. How do we fix the issue?

This is an error related to the account you have set for your payment field. Can you please make sure that the account you are using to integrate with JotForm is valid and active. I can see that you are using PayPal. Your SandBox Mode is disabled so please make sure you are not using a sandbox account.
