I made a 2-year payment on 12th May. However I was billed again on 17th May for 9.95, my older plan. I need to cancel my older plan and require a refund of this 17th May payment.eqw

You should be all set now. The monthly subscription has been cancelled and the 17th March has been refunded. Expect the refund returned to your account within 4-10 business days.
