Can I change my username?

It's the email of a past employee who no longer works here and we might close out his email account. 

Of course, we will change your username if you wish.

Please let us know what would be your preferred username, and if it is available, one of our active colleagues will happily change the username for you. It would be helpful if you provide two or three desired usernames, in case your first pick is already taken by somebody else.
