URGENT. Why am I not receiving immediate notification anymore when a inquiry has arrived?Asked by Greatescapevac on May 29, 2015 at 09:32 AM
I was receiving notifications promptly up until a few months ago. However, during the last few months, I've had several of my clients/prospects call me to followup on a request they sent to me. And when I checked my forms site, I then saw where these forms actually arrived.
Please advise and correct. I just found out that I lost a large sell because I didn't know I had an inquiry two days ago and my client went ahead and booked elsewhere.
I apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. This happens because AOL rejects JotForm's mail server domains. Here is the list of JotForm Mail Server Domains:us-app2.jotservers.comjotservers.comjotmails.comjotform.comamazonses.comemail.amazonses.comjotform.cosecure.jotform.cos3.amazonaws.comstatic-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.comWhich you can also find in this guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.Since you already have the list of mail server domains that JotForm has, all you need to do now is follow the instruction on this link for AOL emails: http://womeninbusiness.about.com/od/email-questions/f/How-Do-I-Whitelist-Email-Sender-Or-A-Domain-In-Aol.htmThe following guides are also helpful:I hope this information helps.
