I'm not too certain that I fully understand your question here about copy and paste from one form to another?

This is a very broad topic.

Did you mean copy and paste text from one of your other forms into the fields for your jotform maybe? Or?

Please explain more and we will gladly assist you further.

I want to copy something from an existing form and paste it into a new form. SO I want to copy from an old jotform and paste into the one I am building.

    Hello Paul,

1 - Yor are able to clone an existing form to create another form and just modify the fields as you consider necessary, please take a look at this guides to show you step by step How to clone a form:

2 - Also you may use the File Manager aplication that allows you to select the fields to copy to another form. This guide explains how to use it: http://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager

    I hope this information helps.
