Our (A) Loss Control Survey Request form has to alerts set up to go to primary and backup email addresses. A client sent in an order on Friday (11/18/2011 at 7:40) that shows in the queue, but no email was received by either address. I just sent "test" emails under both alert email and neither came through.
Please fix this ASAP as we can lose business and customers as a result. Not being too happy lately with JotForm. C'mon guys.Page URL:

Emails are now coming through. Please disregard. However we have another issue. I will re-post under new question.
