Not sure what the 10 SSL Secure and 10 receive payments mean... Please clarify.

Free accounts can receive up to 100 regular submissions. These are submissions that simply collect data. If you need your data transmitted encrypted or collect payments, we only allow 10 such submissions for Free accounts. So you could have 100 people register for your event but they would not be able to pay or you could have 10 people register and pay through your form.
