Auto-complete not working

    I can't figure out why auto-fill/auto-complete does not work in any of my forms on Safari. It works in Chrome. An example of one of my forms is below.

    My preferences in Safari are set for autofill, and it seems to work with other sites. Any clues?

    Kindly check if the auto-fill is enabled in your safari browser

    I've also inspected a cloned copy of the above form you provided and i could not seem to fin the auto complete widget

    Could by any chance have edit the form and removed the auto complete?
