Double emails being sent with saved conditions

    Afternoon!

     

    When choosing Business Security as a subject, two submissions get sent. Business Security and Refer-A-Friend when only Business Security should be the submission chosen.

     

    Is there an error in the conditions saved?

    It is quite odd, I double check your conditions statements, and they are  very well declared. What I did is to clone your form and test it choosing Business Security as a subject, and I only got one notification which was Business Security.
