We have submitted a few forms today to test, and the emails are not going to the form filler, or the form owner.

I've tried submitting your last edited JotForm and I've received the autoresponse email without any issue.
When I check the JotForm, there is only autoresponder was setup on your JotForm. If you are experiencing the issue with any other form, please go through the guide that can help you in troubleshooting certain email delivery issues.
