Form (and account) Disabled

Hi,

I was experimenting with JotForm, and wanted to make a portal for the volunteers of my organisation. They would write their username, and a password that I would provide to them, and their details would appear using form conditions.

I suspect Jotform's phishing detector went on red-alert and disabled all of my forms. I have deleted the offending form, but this probably won't work. Is it possible to have my forms reactivated?
